Architectural Concept The new complex complements and organizes the existing heterogeneous urban fabric. It is integrated with the historical frontage of Sierakowskiego Street, preserving the existing, historical bathhouse and tenement buildings in the foreground. Each designed object is treated individually, with attention to varying heights and facade articulation, maintaining a human scale and avoiding an overwhelming "wall" effect. A shared element across the entire block is a module that defines a rhythmic, dense, or relaxed structure, emphasizing plot divisions. The division of forms also allows for diverse expressions highlighting the different functions of the buildings. The town hall stands out with its tower, housing office spaces and a City Council meeting room with views of Kisiel Square across from Sierakowskiego Street. Extensive glazing differentiates the government building from the smaller, less monumental partitions of the Cultural Center's facade. The ground floors of the entire development feature additional amenities—service and dining establishments, enabling independent operation outside the working hours of the office or cultural center. This creates a local, friendly character and maintains the idea of egalitarianism. The roofs of the buildings are covered with terraced gardens descending toward the park, accessible to residents. An important element of the project is the space surrounding and between the buildings, encouraging passersby to enjoy cultural, dining, and service offerings. Residents can take advantage of an ice cream parlor by the river and park pond, a café or restaurant near the historic mikvah extending the existing culinary function, as well as venues surrounding the central courtyard of the complex. The historical bath building on plot no. 63/1 retains the seat of the Piaseczno Scouts Association, which is important for maintaining the social aspect of the concept. An accent reinforcing this perception is a covered bench extending along the western facade of the Cultural Center. The tenement building on plot no. 60 is adapted for the Municipal Guard headquarters. In the preserved mikvah with pools on plot no. 52/6, a museum related to the history of the Jewish community in Piaseczno is planned.
